CVs
We receive CVs from consultants who wish to work with us. These are used to make an initial assessment of consultants for specific projects. The contact information from the CV may also be used to contact the consultant to clarify their interest in a given project. CVs are only shared with clients or third parties if the consultant has given their explicit consent.
Forms on our website
When a user fills out a form on our website, the information is stored in our system and immediately forwarded to the responsible consultant manager. This data is collected to receive contact information and requests from customers and consultants. The information is used exclusively to contact the sender and agree on the further course of action. Data is not shared with third parties without the user's express consent.
Google Analytics
To improve our website and create a better user experience for all visitors, data is collected and stored automatically and anonymously via Google Analytics when you visit our site.
Request for access or deletion of data
All consultants, customers or other users of cadenco.dk can request access to or deletion of their data at any time. We ensure that the information is either deleted or access is provided within a maximum of 5 working days.

Email lists on our website
We only collect email addresses from users who actively sign up and confirm their subscription. The information collected is used to send information about relevant projects, inspiration material, and the like. The purpose of the email list is clearly stated upon registration, and it is only used for the stated purpose. We do not share or sell email lists to third parties, and no email addresses are disclosed without the subscriber's express consent.

CRM:
Data collected for our CRM system is recorded manually and used to improve the dialogue with both consultants and customers. This information is used for internal purposes only.
Payment data:
Payment information is received from consultants when they send their first invoice. This data is stored in both our internal payment system and our online banking system and is used solely to process payments to consultants and other suppliers.
