CVs
We collect and store your CV in our database. We do not accept CVs that contain sensitive information such as social security number information, information about illnesses, sexual orientation, religion or similar.
We accept CVs that include:
- Description of your professional experience and education.
- Contact information such as name, address, telephone number and email.
- Any attached documents such as certificates and reference letters.
Your CV information is stored in a login-protected system that is only accessible to internal employees with an active role in our work or in connection with the provision of consultants to our clients. We do not share your CV information with third parties without your express permission.
Cookies

Contracts
Contracts with customers, consultants and suppliers are stored in a system that is protected by login.
Access to contracts with clients and consultants is limited to internal employees who are actively working to fulfill our purpose of providing consultants to our clients.
Email lists on our website
We use email lists to share projects with consultants and provide advice on how to improve various aspects of life as a freelance consultant.
All of our email lists use "double opt-in". This means that when you sign up, you will receive an email where you must confirm your subscription by clicking on a link.
After signing up, all emails from us will include an "unsubscribe" link, which allows you to unsubscribe from the list at any time. Emails sent via the project list also include a link where you can update your skills and area preferences.
Forms on our website
We collect and store the information you provide when you fill out a form on our website. We do this in order to contact you and process your request. The forms can be, for example, a general contact form or a form to request a quote for a consultant.
The information we store includes your name, email address, phone number, and a description of your needs. We also record your IP address, the time of submission, and the URL where you submitted the information.
CRM-system
We use a CRM system to store information related to dialogues with customers and consultants, including summaries of telephone conversations, email correspondence and physical meetings.
This data is shared internally among our employees who actively contribute to fulfilling our goal of delivering consultants to our clients.
Payment data
We store information such as the recipient's name, IBAN and BIC number in our payment system. This payment data is stored in a login-secured system and is only accessible to key employees who handle and approve financial transactions.
